Canned 03/12/19, 'THANK YOU'.
A deep golden pour, comes out of the can with some viscosity to it but not too much head that rises to the top of the glass. As it settles, lace follows slowly but there's no retention left behind.
The nose is sweet and inviting, rich with aromas of vanilla, peach, and pineapple. A citrusy backbone rounds everything out nicely, but the aromas on this are reminiscent of an ambrosia salad. Tangerine really comes out to play as the beer warms a little. Sweet, fruity, and sugary.
Tart flavors right out of the gate. Picking out underripe pineapple, lemon, stone fruit, and vanilla. Great balance, with the hops adding a late introduction and leaving behind just the slightest hint of residual bitterness. As the flavors fade, the milk sugar flavors linger, creamy and sweet.
Medium bodied, with a surprisingly high carbonation and small amounts of residual stickiness. A thin mouth coating sticks around, but fades quickly. Mildly tart, creamy, & smooth.
