From tasting notes 6/27/19
Had on-tap at Monkish Brewing in Torrance, CA
Appearance - Served up in a tall snifter, hazy and mellow orange in color with a thin, broken layer of surface suds, thickening up as a ring around the outer edge of the glass. Lacing is fair with some broken webbing, lines and small spotting.
Smell - Picking up guava, orange and pineapple on the nose, mostly, with a bit of mineral character hiding beneath.
Taste - Follows the nose. Juicy and tropical, with orange, pineapple, guava and lesser mango. Finish adds a mineral like quality to it.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied and with fair carbonation. Soft, velvety texture before a smooth, slightly dry finish.
Overall - Another full flavored, softly delivered brew from Monkish. When you have a formula that delivers, why stray too far from it, right?

Canned 06/26/19, it pours cloudy yellow color with a nice foamy off white head that left minimal spotty lacing. Smells and tastes of orange juice, pineapple, mango, tangerine, grapefruit, biscuit, graham cracker, tropical fruit, lots of citrus hop juice and mild peppery spices. Incredibly smooth and east to drink, this is a great West Coast IPA.

Killer hazy IIPA, enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
