Had on-tap at Monkish Brewing in Torrance, CA
Appearance - Served up in a pint, opaque and orange in color with a mostly barren surface and a thick ring around the edge of the glass.
Smell - Citrusy and lightly tropical with an undertone that is savory... Almost buttery.
Taste - Nice and flavorful, with strong notes of orange, guava and a bit of melon too. Mid-taste brings a hint of buttery goodness as well as a faint trace of dank. Finish is a culmination of the aforementioned flavors. Aftertaste lingers with a bright, citrusy bite.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Soft, easy drinker before a slightly dry and chalky finish.
Overall - Great DDH hazy pale, and while the texture isnt quite a velvety smooth as some of the other beers I've had these last two days, the flavor is damn good. Mmm.
