Canned 7/24/19
L: Straw yellow, completely transparent. About a finger and a half of a loosely packed head formed quick from the pour and dissipated before I could take a second glance. No residual lacing but a nice string of bubbles continually stream up from the bottom of the glass, keeping a perimeter ring aloft.
S: Grainy with hints of black pepper and citrus
T: Great. Lemony with grainy foundation. Finish is lemon, black pepper and soapy.
F: Light in body and weight. Clean, semi-dry and crisp on the finish.
O: I think it's great. Simple, smooth and refreshing. Could drink this all day. Goes hand in hand with the warmer weather. Of course you could find pilsners at a cheaper price, but I think Monkish did a good job with this one. I am glad to try and would recommend. Cheers!
