A big IPA from Monkish. Super hazy, fruity, dank. Wonderful beer.

The label doesn't say what's in here, but I'm getting strong mosaic notes on the nose and taste, which I don't care for. If you like mosaic, this is a truly amazing beer. It's so well put together. Unfortunately, I don't like that hop at all, so I have to give it a much lower rating.

L - Creamy yellow with creamy white head that dissipates somewhat quickly but leaves behind some lacing.
S - Lots of soft, piney hops and sweet floral notes along with some pineapple.
T - Follows the nose with bright, fresh floral notes up front and throughout along with piney hops some tropical fruit notes
F - Medium to full bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Creamy, soft, smooth, but crisp.
O - An incredibly good NEIPA from Monkish that offers nice floral notes!

Canned 8/10/19.
L: Hazy bright yellow with total opacity. The color is vibrant, lively, and the epitome of my favorite color in offerings in this style. About a finger of head on the pour that dissipated rapidly with minimal traces of lacing. As always, the color is perfect.
S: Stonefruit for days. Peach and apricot dominate the aroma with hints of black pepper, lemon, grapefruit and green grapes. Yeast aroma is defined but not overpowering, coinciding with mild hop undertones.
T: Delicious. Big juicy flavor, namely peach, orange, lemon and pineapple, with grapefruit, pomegranate and lemongrass on the finish. Yeast flavor carries over in the after taste, meshing well with the lingering flavor of apricot, peach and citrus and some floral elements. I can’t necessarily distinguish one hop from another, rather somewhat pick out each attribute each brings to the table.
F: Incredible feel as well, which has evidently been dialed in at Monkish. Medium in body and medium in weight with lower end of moderate in terms of carbonation. Booze is nearly perfectly concealed, just slightly nipping at the finish. It is smooth, creamy and outright enjoyable.
O: Apart from the awesome can art, this beer delivers. The hop profile is unique and well implemented. For 8.8%, it drinks really smooth. Couldn’t really ask more from a beer in the style. 4.5 across the board for me. I am very glad to try. Cheers!

L Hazy opaque juice bomb. Deep orangish color
S Sweet tropical fruits and some citrus
T Galaxy, El Dorado and Mosaic. Lots of lovely sweet pineapple on this one, with some orange citrus to balance, but very sweet (not cloying, this is not malt sweetness, it is tropical sweetness). No alcohol at all, so smooth and creamy (is that the Monkish calling card? It seems to be), the sweetness makes you want to savor and not chug, even though you could quaff even at that ABV. Maybe some floral sweetness on top.
F Very creamy and full bodied. You could probably call it a milkshake IPA
O One of the best NE DIPAs I have ever had. Might be too sweet for some, for sure you get candied fruits. Works for me!
