Collaboration with Omnipollo
We took our Space Cookie and added sweet cinnamon sticks then swapped out the Madagascan vanilla beans for Ugandan vanilla beans. A Double IPA with cookies, vanilla beans, milk sugar & cinnamon.

L - Creamy, opaque, hazy yellow with an offwhite head that dissipates somewhat quickly leaving behind some lacing
S - Tropical fruit notes, piney hops, and a nice amount of sweet sugariness and a hint of cinnamon.
T- Follows the nose: tons of tropical fruit notes - pineapple and citrus - and piney hops up front and throughout but there's a really solid amount of sweetness, vanilla, and sugar along with a slight amount of cinnamon to round things out.
F - Medium leaning to full bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O - A really nice upgrade from the original space cookie and a great NEIPA overall.

This thing is dead on like a F-16 blowing a bogie out of the sky. Imagine your favorite supermodel purified and liquified - hot damn the taste is that perfect. The Cookie Monster on steroids this is.
