Be So Fluffy pours a milky honey color with a small, yellowish head that quickly dissipates. The smell is big topical fruit with pineapple, papaya, mango with passion fruit and peach. the taste, as the name implies, it's soft and fluffy over the palette with a nice hop bitterness with a big explosion of tropical fruits and a nice smooth and creamy finish.

L - Creamy pale yellow, very hazy, with a small off-white head that dissipates somewhat quickly leaving behind minimal lacing
S - Tons of tropical fruit notes - pineapple, peaches, papaya, mango along with some piney, bitter hops
T - Follows the nose: tropical fruit up front - pineapple, peaches, papaya, mango - followed by piney, bitter hops throughout along with some sweetness
F - Medium to full bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Thick, smooth, creamy
O - Another fantastic NEIPA from Monkish - though I wish their beers had a little more variation

Appearance: Arrives cloudy and honey colored with a modest head that fades quickly to a ringlet; a few spots of lace

Smell: Papaya, peach and passionfruit tones

Taste: Papaya and peach forward with passionfruit building; low to moderate bitterness with a creamsicle finish

Mouthfeel: Creamy and medium bodied with moderate carbonation

Overall: A nice fruit flavor with just enough bitterness
