Double dry-hopped double IPA brewed with pizza flour and hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Riwaka. A collaboration with The Masonry Pizza. After once having dinner seated next to Will, you dream of more days of seeing him.

L: Hazy bright yellow with semi-murk status. About a half of finger of head with zero lacing. Monkish has the color down, at least to my preference.
S: Pineapple, bread dough, orange, nectarine and grapefruit. Hops are presented in grassy fashion and bright citrus.
T: Fantastic flavor. Pineapple, mango and citrus for days, with citrus and pineapple being the majority. The strange yet enjoyable factor of this beer is the pizza flower Monkish used in the brewing process. Closest comparison I could lend is imagine a Monkish NEIPA in its purest form, and replace the normal yeast flavor with that of pizza crust. It is strange but it works.
F: Light in body, light to medium in weight. Booze is a touch noticeable on the finish, but could be due to age. Moderate carbonation.
O: I think this is great. The pizza crust-like flavor is unique but welcomed. Scale the booze back a touch to improve the feel and I think it would improve. I am glad to try and I would drink again. Cheers!
