A white label version of Flip Fly Flows. For this double dry-hopped Double IPA (with hand-selected Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy) we mashed the barley, wheat and oats on top of the fresh Amarillo hops just left in the mash from the previous batch (Armored Dilla). An extra zing of fresh hoppiness!

Canned 10/1/19
L: Pours pulpy thick yellow in color and appearance. Less than a finger of head with moderate lacing. The color is perfect, something Monkish has down.
S: Lemon, pineapple, mango and apricot. Mild crackery yeasty profile as well with an overlying sweetness. Smells juicy.
T: Really nice. Juice bomb upfront with a very subtle grassy hop finish. Citrus and pineapple comprises the majority of the flavor with flavors of vanilla, honey, lemongrass and mango at the finish. Biscuity yeast flavor sets the foundation adding an additional layer of complexity. It is rather sweet, but I am curious to see when the chill is off.
F: Medium in weight, lower end of medium in body. Nice feel but just doesn't quite have the Monkish loft I am used to. Booze is hidden well, just slightly noticeable on the finish.
O: This is a great beer. Although I prefer the first Flip Fly Flows, this white label version is still extremely enjoyable nonetheless. I am very glad to try, and I would drink again. Cheers!

Just straight delicious....full hop nose and velvety texture. Juice down and clean finish.
