We took our crusher Orange Hop pale ale and gave it some double dry-hop love. Double dry-hopped pale ale with Citra.

L - Very pale yellow, creamy, opaque, with a thin white head that dissipates somewhat quickly leaving behind some lacing as well as a thin cap
S - Tons of bright, sugary orange and bitter piney hops along with some malt
T - Bright orange and other citrus notes - sugary and sweet along with piney bitter hops and a nice malt backbone to tie it together
F - Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, but smooth and creamy
O - A very nice, if standard NEIPA

Beautiful expression of a single hop beer (Citra). The 6.8 abv is a real sweet spot for Monkish.
