2 months old. Can to wine glass.

L: Pours a full and milky yellow with a foamy white head that dissipates quickly without leaving any lacing. A couple of floaters visible.

S: Very complex aroma with loads of different candied citrus fruits, subtle notes of mango, strawberry and bubblegum. Floral and herbal as it warms.

T: White wine, strawberries, citrus fruits. Candied and bubblegummy. Medium sweetness, medium bitterness. Slightly zesty.

F: Full, soft and creamy when cold, sharper as it warms.

O: Doesn’t get better than this. Or does it? This is almost perfect. I‘d call it a masterclass in brewing with Nelson hops.

Can. White head. Hazy golden orange juice color.

Reminds me of Blackstack’s triples. Soft and juicy. Mango, orange, melon, papaya, and pineapple. No bitterness. My favorite monkish of the 3 I had tonight.

L - creamy yellow with a ton of haze and a thick, fluffy white head that sticks around leaving some lacing behind.
S - sweet malt and lactose follows by tropical fruit notes (mango and pineapple) along with some piney, floral hops
T - Follows the nose: sweet malt and lactose up front and throughout tie in sweet tropical fruit notes (mango and pineapple along with some citrus) and piney, floral, bitter hops.
F - Medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Smooth, creamy.
O - another fantastic hazy NEIPA from Monkish

(Batch 1)
Sweet, classic Nelson hoppy nose! White wine grapey, grapefruit-citrus notes throughout! Taste follows with a pungent, Nelson hop, orange/grapefruit citrus, juicy swallow! Damn! Not too sweet as some TIPAs are and not too boozy! Great juicy-murky mouthfeel on this badboy....this is how it's done! If I had to be overly critical of this masterpiece, in my ideal world, the aromatics would be a tad more prominent. This is outstanding!!!

(12/30/20 Batch 2) 4.75/4.75/4.75/4.75/4.75
Sweet, white wine grape, dank tropical hoppy, and pungent orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a smooth, hoppy-dank and orange-grapefruit citrus bitter finish. As it warms, the dank aromatics become more prominent...and the swallow take on an orange juicy vibe that is delicious! This is murky-soft and full on the palate and hides the 10+% ABV almost too well. I mean...this is just an outstanding batch!

On tap at Monkish in Torrance, CA.

Tropical haze for dayzzzz. If Barney Rubble were on the beach, leaning back, I imagine this is what he would be drinking. This is straight world class juice made for world class drinkers. Barney has his chick Betty and a can of this...

Is there anything better? Get it and get it good!
