Pours a very hazy fold with one finger of beige head. Below average head retention & nice lacing
S: Faint melon, grape must, limes & tangerine
T: Follows the nose, dryness, some passionfruit, papaya as well up front. Grapefruit dominant as this beer warms up, dryness a little melon, pineapple & peach as well. Finishes dry with, pineapple sweetness & grapefruit& a touch of cakeyness
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty good balance. Carbonation skews creamy once this beer is warmer, some acidity
Drinks easy for the ABV, solid

Sweet, tropical hoppy, overripe pineapple, and hint of dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a juicy and subtle hoppy bitterness. This is so well-balanced between the hoppy bitterness and the sweet notes! This fees great on the palate...Great!

You ever have the same dream? Or at least something similar? Well, going to Monkish is exactly that. The IPA’s that they bang out of here are like that one dream Raul has where he is in a hot tub with prime Claudia Cardinale, Harriet Andersson, and Monica Vitti. Like, hells yeah! Monkish just brings it that hard!
I think it’s safe to say that I am into it!
