Sweet, tropical hoppy, slightly dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly thin, tropical hoppy bitterness on the swallow. This has decent feel and runs a little thin for a DIPA.

16oz can, picked up at the brewery a couple days ago. Snifter glass. Cloudy golden yellow body, one and half finger white head, effervescent, good retention, lots of lacing rings. Smell is big galaxy, light caramel but a bigger spiciness and resin. Passion fruit, spicy tropical fruit dominates. Flavour follows, smooth tropical fruit and spice. Mild resin, mild caramel backbone. Smooth, but a lot going on. Mildly herbal finish. Medium bodied, soft and as expected from a high-level example of the NE DIPA style. Mildly dry, herbal and slightly bitter finish. I dig it- at first, I think I preferred Perception Reflection from the same release, but ultimately this one won out in terms of it's construction and flavour profile.
