Had on-tap at Monkish in
Appearance - Served up in a short-stem tulip, hazy and light orange in color with a scattered island of suds across the surface. A few small patches and tiny spits make up a sparse lacing.
Smell - Juicy aroma. Orange, pineapple, melon, white grape and some mango.
Taste - Follows the nose. Mango and melon upfront, then getting more acidic mid-taste with orange, pineapple and a hint of white grape. Melon makes a comeback in the finish. Touch of orange pith in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied and with fair carbonation. Creamy as hell. Smooth. Slightly dry finish.
Overall - What can I say? Monkish knows how to make amazing hazy IPAs. This one is no different.
