Anniversary double dry-hopped Double IPA brewed with 8 malts / grains and 8 hops (Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Riwaka, Cashmere & Bru-1) at 8lbs/bbl.

Look: thick mango smoothie.
Smell: mango, papaya, wine, Christmas.
Taste: mango/tropical fruit, stone fruit, hint of dank and grape. No alcohol presence. Slight hop burn.
Mouthfeel: juicy to rival any treehouse. Almost a little grainy so full.
Overall: very good. My first Monkish product despite living in California.
Very impressed so far. Will be interesting to compare as I try more.
Who knows, eventually I may say it wasn’t that great “for monkish”. But at this point I can only compare to treehouse, trillium & moonraker as my benchmarks.
