Pours a majestic lemon custard hue that's completely opaque, glowing, and featuring a finger's worthy of rocky head and ample lacing to boot. Aromas of citrus, gooseberry, lemon peel, mango, pinot gris, and stonefruit. Trace hints of wet wool, though not off-putting. Taste follows in waves and really highlights their outstanding use of NZ hops, rounding itself out nicely with some grapefruit peel, and candied peach rings. The mouthfeel is thick, coating, and pleasantly dry on the finish. This is an amazing beer from Monkish. At 6.0% abv, it drinks much higher. Almost hard to fathom they could pack so many flavors into an APA. Aptly named after the iconic Bruce Lee, this one really packs a punch. Cheers.
