Originally brewed at Cellarmaker Brewing, this is our version of ESB. Double dry-hopped Double IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Galaxy.

Glows a sunset yellow in the glass. Nose is apparent from 3 feet away, full of tropical fruit. Taste follows, but is amplified. Tropical fruit with a creamy, almost ice cream, note. There is no doubt that Monkish makes good beers, but this stands out in the crowd.
