I wanted to have Monkish for too long. The only issue was that this brewery is in California and even though I do travel to California once a month it’s difficult to get these because of my schedule. But here I am finally having a beer from Monkish. This was my first beer from @Monkishbrewing. This Double Dry Hopped Pale ale is made up of Galaxy hops. This was a galaxy bomb, smelled piney as far as smell is concerned!!. Those dank, pronounced layers of galaxy hops come in with taste. That was very close to Trillium Double IPA Cutting tiles. Some floral notes also exist, but not too pronounced. Fairly clean with little or no sharpness; slight palette bitterness but overall smooth and very creamy mouthfeel. Really drinkable carbonation, and low. All in all my first Monkish experience has been fantastic. A big thanks to @bringonthehops & @beer_1st_luv .
