We brewed this beer with our dear friends de Garde Brewing during their visit in late 2017. A recipe of 2-Row, oats and Citra that was open fermented with our house yeast blend (that we use primarily for IPAs) and both breweries’ mixed cultures. Aged in oak puncheon barrels for 18 months, then bottle conditioned in 750mL corked & caged bottles for 10 months.
