Fresh hop IPA made in collaboration with de Garde Brewing, featuring 300lbs of fresh Strata harvested within 24 hours of being added to the mash tun which we used as a hop back then dry-hopped with Strata.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, and a red berry, slightly dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly muddled, hoppy and a grapefruit citrus bitter finish. This is pretty good, but as it warmed the hoppy citrus bitter bite started to dominate and interfere with enjoying the end of the swallow.
