Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for 26 months and conditioned on Natural Zambia coffee by Portola Coffee Roasters, Madagascar & Ugandan vanilla beans and raw & toasted coconut. Brewed for our 9th anniversary.

Released on 2021...opened 3/11/2023. Two years later and this is still going strong?!! Sweet milk chocolate, hint of coffee, and vanilla-coconut nose on this one! Taste follow with a milk chocolate malty, coconut vanilla, and vanilla latte/coffee finish. There is just a hint of a green pepper note that appears as it warms, but, for this being two years old, this has aged extremely well. This drinks and feel just great...viscous and decadent on then palate. Wow! So impressed with this one and wish I was able to enjoy this fresher. Fantastic!
