Sweet milk chocolate, vanilla wafer cookies, raw coconut fleshy, and a balanced bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a viscous and creamy chocolate, marshmallow-vanilla coconut, and a prominent but balanced bourbon barrel boozy finish. This has a velvety smooth mouthfeel...and this compliments the coconut and marshmallow vibe really well. As it warms, the big ABV and the barrel let's everyone know who really is in charge here. Ha! Not overly boozy, just enough to let you know what's up! Wow! This is great!

Sample at de Garde Tenth Anniversary. Inky black pour with a thin beige head. Aroma is dark chcolaty malts with coconut and vanilla. Taste is all boozy Mounds bar, coconut, choclate and vanilla. Bozzy, warm finish. Slick feel.

Poured from a bottle at Monkish in Anaheim. Pours black as night with a thin layer of VERY dark brown head. The nose is vanilla, coconut, chocolate, and bourbon. Pretty awesome. The taste is great. A tad sweet, but definitely not too sweet. Cinnamon, chocolate, coconut, vanilla, bourbon. So nice and smooth. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. This is a beauty. The alcohol is not detectable. Overall, an incredible stout.
