3 months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy white head that disappears after a short while leaving a bit of lacing. No floaters.
S: Hoppy citrus notes of lemon, fresh orange and grapefruit.
T: Fresh citrus fruits paired with green and grassy notes. Grapefruit is dominating while orange and lemon are also somewhere there. Minimally sweet, slightly zesty and fairly bitter.
F: Quite full and very juicy. Low carbonation. Slightly sharp.
O: Very good IPA with the typical Monkish attributes that aged very nicely. Not as powerful as their best ones, but definitely better than many others I‘ve had from them in the last years.
