3 months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a milky dark yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves a bit of lacing. No floaters.
S: Candied orange and grapefruit paired with tropical notes of ripe pineapple and guava, fermenting white grapes and strawberries.
T: Candied citrus fruits, pineapple, white grapes and strawberries up front followed by a grapefruity bitterness and hoppy, grassy notes.
F: Full and juicy with a low to medium carbonation and a subtle hop burn. Smooth mouthfeel.
O: Smells like a TIPA, drinks like a DIPA. This one aged perfectly developing a great balance and a very smooth drinkability while maintaining a great complexity. Once again a high quality TIPA by Monkish. A style they have almost perfected.

Very good triple, with tons of hoppy fruitiness and not a hint of booze. A little sweet for my taste, but par for the course at this ABV. Well crafted, as one would expect from Monkish.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, and an orange-grapefruit citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a beautifully soft and balanced, hoppy and grapefruit citrus bitter finish. This is well done! As it warms, a little grapefruit boozy note starts to peek out...but, just enough to let you know that it's there. This is an outstanding triple!
