Sweet tropical hoppy, earthy-galaxy, slightly malty, and an orange-tangerine citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a juicy-soft, tropical hoppy and earthy bitter finish. As it warms, the earthiness from the Galaxy starts to dominate the backend...addtionally, a booziness starts to come along for the ride. This one drinks more medium-bodied for a Monkish TIPA IMO. Comparing this to other Monkish Triples, this falls just a little bit short, but, of course, it's still pretty good!
