2 months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a milky yellow with a fine-pored foamy head that leaves a bit of lacing. A few floaters gathering in the bottom of the glass.
S: Lemon and ripe grapefruit paired with fresh strawberries and white grapes.
T: Candied citrus fruits and strawberries. Hints of ripe pineapple. A medium high sweetness is followed by a zesty bite and a bitter finish.
F: Full and creamy with a certain sharpness. Low carbonation.
O: Triple IPA that tastes and feels rather than a double (if not a single). Monkish‘s typical notes of candied citrus fruits are dominating this beer and, as in most cases, they are perfectly balanced and augmented by a strong bite and a bitter finish. Really good stuff.
