Sweet milk chocolate, hint of mocha coffee, creamy vanilla, and a coconut fleshy nose on this one! Taste follows with some milk chocolate covered coconut and a balanced and mild coffee roasty finish. The additions here play really well together...each component makes itself known, but in a contained yet expressive way. I did notice just a touch of green pepper on the nose, but not so much on the palate. I'm having this about 6 weeks from bottling date so if you have a bottle, it is probably time to pop it open. This is in a good drinking window and delicious!
