Copenhagen 6/4 2025. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Steel can with a pink label. Blurry pink Flamingos on an even more pink background. Monkish' logo in white.
Pours opaque, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin puddles of foam floating about. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of overripe and decaying Stone fruits mingling with sharp Citrus fruit. Mango, Peach and Passion fruit. Grapefruit. Lime and Citrus. Shop and tart.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, lightly tingling texture,
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a distinct presence of alcohol. Lingering. Finish is dry.
