Collaboration with Trillium Brewing (Boston, MA). Our friends Esther and JC visited us recently and brewed a DDH mash up of their Mettle Double IPA (Citra and Amarillo) and our Foggy Window Double IPA (Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy). Brewed with California grown and floor malted barley, wheat and oats from Admiral Maltings.
