Clear apple juice color with two fingers of airy, yellowed head. Modest retention and some soap bubble lacing.

Watery tasting with a dull, tea-like finish. A bit of pepper throughout.
Medium-to-full bodied for the style with some zippy carbonation.
Not what I expect from New Zealand hops. More like an English IPA / APA combo.
