Sweet tropical hoppy, Simcoe hoppy, slightly malty, and a tangerine-grapefruit citrus nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with a murky-soft hoppy bitter finish. As it warms, a touch of gin-like booziness starts to appear...but this doesn't take away from the fact that Monkish has dialed in the triple IPA game and does a world-class job of hiding the big ABV. This is a well-done triple!
