Sweet tropical hoppy, prominent Nelson white wine grape, cotton candy, and a sweet tangerine citrus nose on this one! Taste follows very closely with a murky-soft, hoppy bitter finish. This is a great hop profile for Monkish! So glad that it does not involve Galaxy. Ha! As it warms and opens up, a touch of booziness appears...but it is just a touch and should be expected at 10.2 ABV. Really good!
