Sweet bready-biscuity malty, lemon zest, and an old-school, noble hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows very closely with those cereal biscuity malty vibes upfront and then a subtle and soft noble hoppy bitter finish. I haven't been the biggest fan of Monkish clear beers, but this is decent!
