While not drinking like a typical Belgian...it had very prevalent pistachio and vanilla flavors.

Growler fill.
Look is clear copper with finger head.
Smell is nutty and funky
Initial taste is nutty and a tad bit sweet. Then a citrus flavor layers the tongue. There is a nice carbonation to it. Overall a really well balanced tripel. Btw, the alcohol is extremely well hidden

Poured hazy dark yellow gold with a big white head. Aromas and flavors of Belgian yeast, faint nuttiness, vanilla cream, and sweet cake. Overall, a very unique tripel, one that would pair extremely well with white-cakes, Angel-food, etc.
