Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a mostly transparent gold/yellow color with a thin cap of a white little head. Mild lace. The aroma had some citrusy/lemon zesty semi-spicy sort of hops. Light grains/cereal. The flavor yields to the zestiness that covers the sweetness of the grains. Tight herbal/earthy qualities somewhat roll in but even they have a hard time of trying to maintain some sort of balance here. Aftertaste seemed a bit cereal-like with the zest controlling that part. Finishes a bit cereal-like to slightly earthy. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation seems to tickle a bit more than expected, but I didn’t mind too much. Overall, pretty good APA worthy of having again.

On tap at the Prohibition Pig in Waterbury, VT.

Pours a golden yellow/orange, with a half inch head, and lacing that desperately clings to the glass.

Smells quite fruity and floral, delicious smelling.

It feels like this is hopped with Citra, but I'm not entirely sure. It's got big flavors of orange and grapefruit, with some floral and herbal flavors, and an underpinning of pine. There's not a whole lot of malt flavor.

The beer has a light body, with a light, airy mouthfeel, and a medium amount of carbonation. Really, really drinkable.

This was surprisingly good, I'm not sure if it was brewed by Rock Art, or completely by the Pig now, but it was really tasty nonetheless.
