On tap at the Brewpub.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy stiff pale yellow to orange color with a glossing of a little white foamy head that glided off into oblivion.
The aroma cherished a fine blend of a citrusy/grassy/floral/orange pulpy, somewhat juicy with a clean fair malt-like backbone. Seemed to cling with a little bit of wheat, perhaps.
The flavor leaned into the citrusy clean sweetness and bring the floral and somewhat orange pulpiness a bit more forward. Nice clean smooth citrusy aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt nice and quaint, as expected. ABV felt as expected.
Overall, an absolutely awesome AIPA done by Prohibition Pig. This can hang with the best of 'em!

It's hard for me to rate a beer, especially an IPA in Vermont. But from the first sip to my 40th, this beer stayed smooth and refreshing. Pro Pig doesn't distribute so you have to go to the Brewery, buts it's worth it 100x over.

I can't believe that this hasn't been reviewed. I had this on tap at the restaurant, and again from a growler purchased at the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold, with medium head. Smell is very citrus forward with tangerine and orange blossom aromas. The taste follows the smell, with minimal bitterness and loads of juicy hops. Simply an amazing effort, on par with ANY IPA available in Vermont.
