On tap at The Prohibition Pig in Waterbury, VT.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like bright and juicy citrus, with passionfruit, orange, and mango mostly, with some wheaty bitterness on the nose as well.
I am really impressed with this beer- Prohibition Pig has always been a touch middling for me. It's got a near perfect balance of juicy and bitter here, as the wheat provides a clean bitterness. There's also a touch of grassy bitterness as well. The Galaxy hops provide a vivid and bright juiciness here. i can really dig this beer.
This is light bodied, super clean, and very drinkable, with a soft level of carbonation.
This is easily the best beer I've had yet from this brewery. I would certainly get it again.

This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow almost orange color with a slim little white head that quickly dissipated. Barely any lacing. The smell had a huge amount of citrus pulp riding into some mainly sweet grapefruit rind and pulp, bitter bursting fully and eloquently. The taste too those flavors and added a nice bitter edge even further. There’s a slight bitter citrusy rind in the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation runs just right. Bitterness is invasive enough on my tongue bu wheat helps to tame it a bit. Overall, Prohibition Pig did what they wanted to and I would have this again.
