Color is that golden, crisp color I love, missing a bit of that cloudiness though typical of the style. Malts are spot on, a bit of that honey sweetness, even a touch of fruitness. Could use a touch of hoppiness but a great keller all around.

This is a well made smooth beer that comes across as mildly yeasty and bready in subtle, traditional way.

Early to drink, mildly bitter, and just lacking in that little bit of extra German hoppiness that I want from the style
