Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a fairly dark brown color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head, somewhat foamy. Mild lace. The aroma had some brown sugar, roasted malts, light milk chocolate, some marshmallow and mild dark chocolate. The flavor took all of those previously mentioned aromas to town stuffing a good general sweetness in all around. Sly graham cracker-like substance. Aftertaste is sweet through all of those mentioned flavors. Brisk malty finish. The feel was just a tad under medium in body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt fine. Overall, nicely done brown ale or is this a porter, hell if I truly know, just damn good!
