A chill haze clears out to a shimmering light brown under a dense but short khaki head dispersing to a fluffy, bubbly ridge and persistent film.
This actually has a pleasantly mild toasted malt that's accented by a semi-bitter woody and herbal hop combo. Honey graham adds a unique note within the mid-palate's tang.
The medium body is filled by a firm fluff and comes to a powder dry finish. Really, it's an impressively fluffy body.

12 oz pour into a willybecher glass on tap at the source.
A: dark brown copper body with decent clarity with a tight creamy slightly khaki colored head.
S: lots of caramel and doughy sweet smelling breads rounded off by very light floral hops.
T: Fairly sweet lots of grainy breads sweet malts and a little caramel.
M: Medium bodied with lower carbonation pretty standard.
O:This is a darker and sweeter Octoberfest but it’s fairly solid.
