Alewife and I hit the Pig for dinner on 20MAY19. We each had one of these to start. It was $6.00 for a 13oz pour.
Set forth in a small snifter, it was a deep, opaque brown color. Had a thin, wispy, light tan head with light lace. Aroma had some caramel and maple, but was on the mild side. Body was medium-plus and it was quite smooth.
Taste had more caramel and maple, plus some brown sugar, which all gave things a lovely semi-sweet aspect. Very drinkable. Cheers!
