Drinking this with a friend whose sister brought it back from Switzerland. We aren't quite sure what to expect since his sister just grabbed some bottles off a shelf. Poured into a tripel karmeliet tulip: a pretty honey-amber with a nice little off-white head. Smells of apricots... Maybe slightly smokey, some yeast funk. Taste: Lots of smoke, dried apricots. Thinner mouthfeel, might have been better if it was slightly more carbonated.
Overall, completely different from anything I've ever had. Would be refreshing on a warm sunny day outside.

330ml bottle served in a chalice.
A: Pours an amber cloudy color forming small bubbled yellow head. Low retention and some lacings left
S: Smoked malts, mainly. Sweet. Caramel malts. Wood. Yeasts
T: Roasted malts. Sweet upfront, candy sugar, wood, minimal bitterness. Yeasts.
M: Medium creamy and bit molasses body. Velvety, I would say. Very pleasant in the mouth. Sweet upfront and malty end
O: Good artisanal beer. Nice beer
