Stopped by on the last full day on our Yellowstone trip, a few hours after returning from four days in the park. A hotel shower later, my son and I found this place next to a residential neighborhood a little to the north of town.

The inside was crowded but friendly and the service both friendly and fast. I grabbed one of four hazy IPA choices and sauntered over to the food truck, where the staff was also friendly and extremely accommodating; they were happy to help my vegetarian son with just the waffles section of the chicken and waffles meal.

We settled on an outside table where the conversation was lively but so was the wind, although hard to fault the brewers for that. Both the beers I had were tasty and fresh. Food was standard but hot and fast and very reasonably priced.. This is a outstanding choice if you get to Bozeman.

Lively brewery in a mixed use area on the northwest side of town. Large U-shaped bar a bit to the left of the entrance seats about 26 with some tables about the room and a patio on the right side of the building. 18 beers on tap, the 2 I tried were excellent. Friendly bartender.

Nice smallish tasting room. Good selection of beers. Service has always been great here and fast. Atmosphere is mostly quiet, on occasion there will be a musician but overall a nice place to kick back.

this place was completely packed, and its not that small, totally roking and rolling. every seat at the two sided bar was taken, all the tables were full, pretty awesome bustling vibe in this sort of ranch themed brewery in a development plaza. they have a neat vibe in here, lots of wood and americana montana type of stuff, old skulls and pistols and the like. tons of beers on tap, a huge range, and even some in house canned offerings as well. i loved the black ipa, the pineapple ipa, and the cream ale, but all of the beer we had in here was good. looks like a pretty substantial production capacity in the back here, i overheard this is their second location in just a couple of years, but the lights were off back there and it was tough to get an accurate picture of their size. service was great, even got to chat with the brewer, who was humble and interesting and happy to talk shop. i would definitely reccomend swinging in here for beers when you are in the area. probably the most diverse beer menu we encountered on our beer trip around bozeman!

Wonderful atmosphere! Very family friendly, nice little patio. Service is always great with a friendly staff. The Brewers are typically around talking to customers. Have about 12 beers on tap with great variety and all are tasty! Usually have a local food truck in the parking lot. Highly recommended, best brewery in bozeman.

On vacation I search out local breweries. We came upon the outlaw brewery in conjunction with a BBQ restaurant. It was a little off the path (drove by twice) but once found the entirely family enjoyed it. I had the both the strong dark ale (a seasonal with a good malt flavor) and IPA (balanced hop at 9.7%), overall, both excellent beers.

The BBQ was great, choice of sauces for everyones taste. From yoru everyday sauce to hot and spicy.

Then on top of all that, it was the best value we saw our whole vacation! Four of us for under 40$.
