This is a review for their 2023 Ales for ALS Oatmeal IPA. Enjoyed at the Eccentric Café.
Smooth and easy to drink. Low hop aroma and this exceptional smoothness. Touch of green grassy hops on the finish.

Served in a 16oz. nonic glass at brewery cafe.
A- Medium gold, great clarity, one finger white head.
S- Lovely tropical notes of papaya, ripe mango, light pine.
T- Light in flavor compared to what I expected from the nose. Tropical notes to a lesser extent, some light bitterness, a toasted malt character that I didn't get in the nose, light notes of oat.
M- Fuller than expected, I think the oats really up the mouthfeel. A full medium.
O- I really nice nose on this but didn't really deliver on the flavor. The ALS DIPA I had a Latitude 42 was much better than this one.
