On tap at Bells.
A: Medium amber color with aslight Carmel head and very sticky lacing
S: Nice blend of malt and hops, neither overpowering. Not sure what a quad IPA should smell.like but there is a much more malt nose than a typical.DIPA.
T: A bit boozy and the malt is overpowering the hops. Significantly. Hops are mostly noticeable as an aftertaste.
M: Not as heavy as I expected for the abv but substantial. Would consider this more a strong American barleywine or Strong Ale.
O: I enjoyed the beer. Again not sure what style it fits in as a quad IPA but even with the obvious booziness' its very drinkable. Might be tough to drink a 16 oz pour though.
