This is an amazing beer that, in my opinion, rivals a Parabola level beer. It is so smooth and has a great overall taste. At this time, a 91 rating, is too low for this beer. It is so complex with a phenomenal follow-through.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, blue session. Aroma has dark, roasted malts and whiskey. Taste has toffee, bourbon, sticky, sweet malt, roasty bitterness on the finish. Some warming alcohol.

Pours black. Nice brown head with lacing. Aroma of marshmallow, light bourbon. Taste coffee, marshmallow, coffee grinds, vanilla with a faint bourbon finish.
