This is one badass beer. Had this on draft @ Bells and was phenomenal. Appearance is cloudy almost resembles grapefruit juice but cloudier.

Smell is of butter and wood with hints of fruit.

Mouthfeel is a heavy slow sipper that's a bit oily and semi sour.

Taste is a mix of barrel, buttery wood, lemon, ginger, and hints of wine that finishes with a sour apricot finish

This is one of those beers I would love Bells to bottle as this was some delicious stuff.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, yellow session. Aroma has spicy ginger notes and fermented fruits. Taste is tart, fruity, floral, spicy, complex yet well balanced.
