Back end of this one is exceptional. Barrel really shines, though not in a way you’d expect from a gin barrel. Lots of toffee and carmelized wood in the long-lasting aftertaste. Up to that point the beer was fairly common, but the lingering flavors are fantastic.

Growler filled at the General Store on 1/17/2018.
Strong gin smell right away with lots of lemon. No boozeiness to the beer at all.
