On tap at Bell’s Eccentric Cafe, this golden-colored beer with an off-white head is the quintessential “old school” IPA, with fruity citrus aromas mixed with some resiny pine notes.
The taste has those notes, and there’s a biscuity malt component as well, leading to a clean, crisp finish. Glad I got to try this very nice IPA and maybe help some folks, too.
