Two of our favorite ingredients come together in the brewhouse; pungent American hops and delicious wheat malt. This Hazy IPA is double dry-hopped (a combination of Mosaic, Citra, Azacca, Amarillo and El Dorado hops) resulting in complex peach, stone fruit and tropical notes with a dry finish and balanced bitterness. A refined beer for those who love hops and for those who prefer wheat beers. Go ahead and make it Official.

Hazy yellow pour with a foamy head. Nose is citrus and wheat.

Taste brings yeast, citrus and pith, unripe apricot, floral. Medium mouthfeel. Finish is bready, lemony, yeasty.

A decent hazy beer, it's not a big palate eraser. Very good value, from the Eccentric store. Good drinker, really, with hop aroma and flavour apparent.

Decent IPA. Hazy orange. Nice, white head. Tropical fruits, citrus, and melon in the aroma. Juicy with noticeable bitterness. Hazy IPAs are not this brewery thing.

One of my favorite IPAs. It really was ahead of its class. Just a shame that Bell’s decided to discontinue. I would say this is one of the more under appreciated IPAs in recent years. Hopefully it comes back!

Smell: kinda of fruity - pineapple maybe - bread-ish smell.

Look: really nice head, gold.

Feel: mouth feel is very good, typical of one of the key elements of the style.

Taste: This is (unfortunately) where this brew falls down for me. Not cohesive - at times I tasted soap.

Overall: eh. I bought this mix pack to get this beer. Bummer. I should have looked a little closer as this is a wheat based beer which I personally don’t care for.

***update**
In the light of a new day, and not being one to let beer just be. In the fridge.

I bumped my look score because I really do like the look of it in a glass. I can ignore the typical wheat based floaty floats. Protein.

I’m changing my mind on the taste. It’s just this side of Belgian Ale which, while not my jam, can be tasty at times.
